We aim to make your

experience fun and enjoyable. We understand how much choice you have with colours, material and styles which is why we are here to listen, help, advise and design.
Our journey together starts with a design meeting and a relaxed chat at your home or new property. This would take around 30 - 60 mins disgusing what you envisage for Your Dream Kitchen starts with Intiva - offering our advise and shareing our knowledge and experience and your do's, donts and your wishlist. Detailed measurements are taken of your room to be transfered to our computer CAD system to start work on a



An initial concept design, or designs can be emailed to you with plans, elevations and photo realistic 3D drawings. The elements, features and concepts about your new room are covered over the phone for feedback both ways.

Once you feel that the design is close to complete we would arrange another home visit to view samples of doors, colours and worktops. We can answer any questions face to face and return to base to make final adjustments.

This will continue until you feel that we have all the i's dotted and t's crossed.

Again at your convenience we will present in the comfort of your own home the final design with samples, 3D renderings and plans for your final approval.

We pride ourselves on offering the best design and advice service and we offer it willingly and free of charge subject to the following.

Plans and designs that we produce for you are free of charge but they are our copyright.

  • 1. Prepare for you, a design to your approximate budget free of charge working from either architects plans or a free home visit
  • 2. Home visits last 45-60 minutes and is considered “reconnaissance” NOT “sales”
  • 3. Present our proposals with full colour visuals explaining what you will be purchasing and for how much
  • 4. Give you upgrade and down grade options
  • 5. If required make any amendments to design and quotation
  • 6. In the unlikely event that we have completely misunderstood your requirements we will simply start the process again.

YOUR commitment to us

  • To help us assist you we ask that you are open and honest about..
  • 1. Your Budget
  • 2. Expected project start date
  • 3. Your view of the expected results
  • 4. Create a “wish list" for the designer to incorporate into your design.
  • 5. All interested parties to attend your individual presentation at the agreed time.
  • 6. Give us positive and negative feedback on your design so we can “fine tune”.
  • 7. To be open and honest about the quotation since there will almost always be ways to either reduce the cost by removing or down specifying items or to add in extra items you may now require.
  • As mentioned above, we offer a design service to potential clients who are ready to proceed in a reasonable timescale. If you are attempting to cost a project for the future, which may or may not happen, we will spend time with you and give you a free of charge estimate for budgeting purposes. If however you require a detailed plan and quotation but not ready to proceed in the near future, this will be provided for a charge of £500 which is fully refundable against the order at any time in the future. (but of course prices may well have changed). These plans are still our copyright and will be released upon the signing of a firm order and payment of deposit.
